Directions: Oil your navel every night before bed for 3-5 minutes. Add a few drops to your hand and rub your stomach area. Wrap with plastic wrap so the product doesn’t rub off on your clothing. I suggest compression as well for best results (waist trainer or faja or compression band). You could also use a heating pad. It helps with absorption. If you like, put some oil in a microwave safe container and warm for 30 seconds, not too hot. Test first before putting in your navel to check the temperature.
