Please use your weight as a guide to determine how many packets you will need, it is imperative. 1 packet makes 60 ounces so for example if you are 200 pounds it is recommended to drink 20 ounces per day (you can do up to 30 ounces if you like), 20 ounces per day means 1 packet will be enough for 3 days (day 1 20 ounces, day 2 20 ounces, day 3 20 ounces = 60 ounces = 1 packet). If you want to do 7 days you will need to select the option for 7 days.
